Well Devin found out today that he made the first cut for Selects. He will now go to the Soo for a five day camp on June 14th through the 19th. Here he will receive coaching, conditioning and play in scrimmages, all the while being evaluated for the next cut. We arent sure yet how many kids will be at this camp but they will only take a selected few to move on to the NY camp in July. He is the only Flint Phantom to make this cut, most of the rest of the kids who are going are AAA. We will have to find him ice time before the Soo camp to make sure he is ready, the spring season ends mid May.
